Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive enterprise information and IT risk management program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of company information Develop and enhance information security management frameworks based on industry standards, such as HITRUST and NIST Manage an annual budget of $3M for IT capital and operations, including the planning, procurement, and implementation of information technology assets Supervise the global day-to-day operation of the IT department, including the recruitment, development, and retention of staff Oversee the installation and maintenance of security infrastructure, such as IPS, IDS, log management, and security assessment systems Develop and enforce company policies, standards, and controls for all IT functions and HIPAA compliance Manage project scoping, hardware and software evaluation, statements of work, acceptance reviews, test planning, execution, and reporting to upper management Implement and configure backup and disaster recovery systems, including disk-to-disk, disk-to-tape, and off-site backups Conduct threat assessments and design network architecture systems Successfully build and cultivate relationships with executives, business unit leaders, end users, and vendors.
