About Eric Jensen

I am currently a Program Director with Insight Global. As a Program Director, I am responsible for the oversight and health of multiple portfolios of projects and programs within the Insight Global Managed Services Division (Evergreen). I am ultimately responsible managing a team of Project Management professionals responsible for meeting client expectations, KPIs, SLA/SLOs, milestones and targets for each of the programs in my domain. Additionally, this role includes managing the onsite leadership resource for each program as well as acting as a delivery escalation point for our internal and external clients. Additionally, I am responsible for client reporting, process and continuous improvement, issues/risks management, hiring/firing, financial oversight, delivery of business reviews, etc. On a daily basis I create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients all around the Seattle area. Overall, I am a hardworking individual that enjoys meeting and working with people.
