   Mr. Porter serves as Vice President of Development, Physical Plant Operations, and Information Technologies for Copper Beech Townhome Communities and has been active in the company for over 10 years. In these roles he oversees the daily operations insuring the values gained in practice remain in place and improve over time. Mr. Porter’s knowledge gained in operating the properties and maintaining the assets is carried over to new projects refining the model with each new community. As head of IT, he has developed an in-house approach to providing cutting edge technology to the communities for an operational savings. Enhancing the overall customer service and developing technologies around the needs of an evolving student market.Prior to Copper Beech Mr. Porter served as CEO and owner of Total Quality Air Inc. and Porter Mechanical LLP. Providing services in the Mechanical Construction, HVAC installation/service/repair, and Facilities Management systems of the commercial and industrial market sectors. His companies provided design, installation, and services for over 14 years including facilities management, capital expense planning, and technology DDC management systems before selling in 2003.Also serves as President and Partner in N E Enterprises owning and operating commercial, residential leased assets and restaurant based properties. Eric started his career as a member of a family construction service based business providing general construction and paving services for residential and light commercial markets while attending Penn State University.
