Talent Acquisition Leader | Military Veteran | Healthcare HR ProfessionalDriven, direct, and mission-focused—I bring over a decade of leadership experience across healthcare, human resources, and the military. As the Talent Acquisition Manager for CHRISTUS Children’s in San Antonio, I lead a high-performing team responsible for recruiting top clinical and non-clinical talent to serve our pediatric population. I collaborate closely with hospital executives and clinical leaders to ensure we align talent strategies with operational goals—because hiring the right people isn’t optional, it’s critical.Before stepping into healthcare, I served in the U.S. Army, Texas Army National Guard, where I led, mentored, and prepared soldiers for Initial Active Duty Training and served as a recruiter. Today, I proudly serve as the Platoon Sergeant for 2nd Platoon, A Company, 449th Aviation Support Battalion in the Texas Army National Guard.
