Grew the targeted business 85% and elevated Prudential to a top 5 consistently considered carrier. • Developed 5 integrated solutions that generated 15% annualized growth over three years and propelled the carrier to improve marketshare for Short term disability from 10th to 7th and Long term disability from 6th to 5th place.• Oversaw the build out of an industry leading Financial Wellness employee engagement offering. The program was deployed to 150 employers covering one million employees.
