I have extensive experience as a leader in talent acquisition hiring candidates from warehouse associates to senior executives. This includes technology and non-technology professional placements. I\'ve had the opportunity to lead teams in nine different countries: US, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, China, Japan, and India. This included pioneering the recruiting process for Amazon Operations in Singapore, Australia, and Brazil. In addition, I\'ve managed distributed teams up to 40 employees across different countries and continents. My passion is collaborating and positively influencing executive stakeholders, problem solving difficult searches, and mentoring managers and recruiters to push their own barriers and challenge the status quo
