Oversee all aspects of Kearney’s enterprise systems and applications portfolio, including planning, implementation, development, support, maintenance, and compliance. Portfolio includes Salesforce, Deltek, Microsoft, and numerous other integrated solutions. Systems and applications under management support all back-office departments, handling the full lifecycle of employees, from hire to retire, and revenue-generating activities, from sales to project delivery. Working closely with business units and internal departments, leverage new and existing technology solutions to address various business challenges including process improvement, automation, data management, and business intelligence. Manage administration and development teams (in-house and contracted). Develop and deliver end user training to executives and employees. Drive adoption of new and existing IT investments across the enterprise. Manage all vendor relationships from identification and evaluation to negotiation and renewals. Function as Technical Program Manager for all internal business system & application implementations. Panel speaker and advisory board member for Financialforce.
