About Eric Hoffman
It takes someone with guts, intelligence and commitment to work under pressure and be ready to make critical decisions on a nuclear submarine. I should know, I was a weapon systems analyst on a nuclear submarine in the US Navy.It’s an experience that challenges who you are and what you can handle. Many people do not have the necessary social skills to work in such foreign surroundings, in a team environment and find success. A person needs to be able to adapt quickly. I had numerous letters of commendation when I left the Navy for a job well-done.This was the beginning of a long, successful career as a solutions engineer and technology sales executive culminating in my most recent achievement being awarded Dell President’s Club for 2024.I believe it is my breadth of knowledge in technology and world-class customer service that has allowed me so much success over the years. In addition, my relationships with clients and my internal team have given me the foundation for growth and opportunity.Over my 20-plus year career, I have experience selling solutions to public accounts such as universities, state and local governments, K-12 education and much more. I also have large enterprise clients in addition to many small to medium business accounts.My colleagues will tell you that I am driven and detail-oriented but remain easy to collaborate with on large, complex solutions. I am not afraid to ask for help when it is needed and I am always open to suggestions for improvement. My field of work is always changing and the learning curve is never-ending. I always keep that in mind and listen intently so I can continue to learn and expand my arsenal of sales solutions to help my clients.To stay focused and recharge, I like to hike, fish, golf and spend time with my family. My most recent adventure was 8 days rafting through the Grand Canyon.
