A dedicated, goal-driven UCL Psychology BSc student, interested in Organisational Psychology, Behaviour Science, and Public Policy:• Pioneering a peer mentoring programme as school prefect → Researched similar programmes within 47 leading schools and oversaw the training of 28 mentors.• Leading my school\'s Psychology Society → Delivered 10x 30-minute presentations, simplifying complex psychological ideas for an audience consisting of Y7 - Y13 students.• Organising a school fundraiser for Valentine\'s Day → Coordinated logistics and advertising of a lollipop stall, successfully raising £80 in a week.Alongside this, I tutor students from Reception to Year 11 in English and Maths, supporting up to 21 students weekly.
