ABOUT ERIC HILLIARD

Mr. Hilliard has over 25 years of experience in management of diverse industries in both domestic and international markets, as well as the private and public sectors. He has held management positions in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Distribution.Mr. Hilliard is a native of Pennsylvania. He enlisted in the United States Navy boot camp at Great Lakes, Illinois after high school. He served from 19••••89 in the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Ocean fleets. During his enlistment Mr. Hilliard served ships company on the USS Coronado. He served onboard the USS Coronado during its reassignment from Norfolk, VA to its new homeport in Pearl Harbor, HI where it took on the flag for Commander Third Fleet under Admiral Hernandez. Following the reassignment to Commander Third Fleet, Mr. Hilliard was deployed with the USS Coronado to Bahrain and along with Joint Task Force Middle East in the Persian Gulf, served during operation Praying Mantis. Mr. Hilliard has received various recognitions and medals for his service during his enlistment prior to being honorably discharged.In 1994 Mr. Hilliard received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and in 2003 his Masters in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio.Mr. Hilliard began his civilian career with Fortune 500 HJ Heinz Company in the Star-Kist Division. This assignment took him to the Island of Samoa as a compliance engineer for one of the company’s largest processing facilities. Mr. Hilliard later held progressive positions at BFGoodrich Aerospace, becoming the Plant Manager of their special processing unit in Cleveland, Ohio. Following Goodrich, Mr. Hilliard joined multi-national Saint-Gobain as General Manager for their aerospace composite/flight structures business in Ohio and then President of Energy Focus.
