About Eric Hill
As the director of Project Echelon, I lead a 501c3 veterans non-profit that engages, equips, educates, and empowers veterans and their families through physical activity and self discovery. I have over 7.5 years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and passion for physical activity with veterans who are struggling with mental health, addiction, or isolation. I am also the director of the Project Echelon Racing Team, the top ranked amateur cycling team in the United States. Our elite athletes serve as coaches and mentors to the veterans we serve and help to make physical activity more accessible and enjoyable for them. Additionally, I work as the Regional Career Pathways Coordinator for SE Wisconsin, where I collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the exposure and opportunities for students to explore their post secondary academic and career options. I have a master\'s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and I am skilled in education, curriculum development, and leadership.
