Over my 25 years in Agribusiness, Energy, and Food Solutions, I have gained a unique “big picture” viewpoint through diverse commercial, general management, and executive leadership roles. It has been an honor over the years to work at all levels – from seed to spoon, in operations then sales, and locally as well as globally.As a passionate and authentic leader, my focus each day is on people, customers, strategy, and execution. I care just as much about the development of employees and the greater purpose of connecting growers to customers & consumers as I do about delivering profitable growth and driving operational excellence:» Achieved high go-to-market performance growth rate and share of wallet with three of the top global CPGs (Pepsi, Unilever, Nestle) and the largest foodservice brand (McDonald\'s) in the world.» Designed and executed a three-year plan to maximize Bunge’s Corn Milling Value Chain; highlights included the strategic sale of two businesses, a ground-up rebuild of the masa milling business, and redesign of innovation and quality strategies in tandem with organizational structure.» Developed the next generation of executive, commercial, sales, and operational leaders throughout my career.Influencing on both organizational and industry levels has also been a great privilege of my work. I have had the opportunity to sit beside farmers and Fortune 500 C-Suite executives alike guiding industry and corporate governance as a member of Bunge’s Senior Leadership Team, Board Director for NAMA and SIRE Ethanol, as well as board liaison to a variety of subsidiary organizations.
