Eric is an experienced engineer and construction manager whose career began in shipbuilding before transitioning to construction. He has managed new build, rehabilitation, commercial and residential projects nationwide. Prior to founding ELVN Build, he focused on developing properties in New York City and the Ohio Valley, emphasizing early planning, strategic coordination, and building strong teams to ensure project success.With nearly a decade in project management, Eric discovered a passion for creating spaces that elevate the lives of those who interact with them. Growing up in a household influenced by both engineering and artistry, he developed a deep appreciation for well-designed, intentional environments.Through professional experience, Eric refined his approach to construction management as a relationship and collaboration-driven process, where most technical challenges are overcome through clear communication and unwavering commitment to the client’s vision.Eric’s methods are grounded in the fundamentals of his engineering background and formal education from Stevens Institute of Technology.
