About Eric Hanson

For more than 35 years, I’ve advised leaders at every level—from emerging executives to C-suite teams—across multiple industries. My work has spanned Fortune 500 corporations and global enterprises, helping organizations strengthen leadership pipelines, accelerate leadership effectiveness, develop executive talent to be succession-ready, and navigate complex transitions with confidence.Grounded in industrial and organizational psychology, I bring a unique blend of diagnostic insight and practical business experience to my coaching and advisory work. I’ve partnered with hundreds of leaders to, unlock potential, navigate change, and lead with authenticity and purpose.I spent more than three decades with Development Dimensions International (DDI), where I led Executive Services’ assessment and coaching practices and advised companies on succession planning, executive assessment, and leadership acceleration. My work helped organizations identify and prepare next-generation leaders, cultivate resilience through transformation, and sustain high-performing cultures.In 2025, I founded Acclivity Consulting to continue this mission independently partnering with executives and organizations at key inflection points to achieve clarity, alignment, and growth. I also draw on my depth of experience as an Executive Advisor with MyNextSeason helping leaders reflect, reframe, and transition intentionally—both personally and professionally.Based in Pennsylvania, I remain actively engaged in my community and church, where I find purpose in connecting with and serving my local community.

   I work with a wide variety of organizations to design and deliver solutions that better prepare them for future business and leadership requirements. I work with clients to determine the right mix of assessment, development, coaching, and other support to enhance leadership capability and preparedness. I help organizations diagnose executive capabilities and attributes in order to inform critical selection, promotion, and succession decisions. I work with individual executives to provide insightful feedback and targeted coaching to close gaps and/or broaden capabilities demanded from future business and (organizational) cultural pressures.
