About Eric Hansford

I have 20+ years of Information Technology experience with both hardware and software of which include the following: 7 years in the Financial Industry, 2 years working with Architectural and Construction Management Applications, 2 years of cloud-based software experience, and 3+ years of Active Directory with Windows Security. This includes an excellent business and technical documentation background including SOPs, QRGs, Training, Process Flows and designs for systems. I have demonstrated excellence in problem resolution with available technologies and ease of the client in mind while working to meet the end goals of the initiative. I am experienced in developing and delivering training to groups of 25 and greater on multiple platforms with new technologies and skills. I have successfully piloted and launched several new support programs from the ground up. I look forward to utilizing these skills and experiences in aiding future organizations to achieve their objectives and goals while performing my duties in either on-site, remote, and hybrid capacities.
