Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat assessments and hospital safety for all staff and patients. Responsibility for the security and safety of the main hospital campus and 14 satellite clinics with a population of approximately employees. Overseas hospital wide training in Active Shooter Response, Communication and De-Escalation programs. Liaison with local police departments to ensure strong working relationships. Responsible for department budget of approximately $2.5 million.
