About Eric Guarin
Operations leader with over 10 years experience serving as part of site leadership teams (SLT) in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the course of my career, I have spearheaded several high performing teams made up of lab technicians, scientists and equipment engineers. I successfully completed several facility buildouts and expansions acting as the main point of contact for all architectural, mechanical, and construction vendors. Other responsibilities under site/laboratory operations included metrology and validation, environmental health and safety (EHS), sample management, procurement, graphitization, and oversight of critical and non-critical utilities i.e HVAC, utilities, fire systems, generators, compressed gas, and UPS Systems.
