2012: Began my journey as a 1st-year apprentice with RSAnalysis (RSA).2013: Transitioned to the RSACx commissioning team, gaining exposure to controls, energy management, and MEP coordination.2014: Played a key role in developing and launching our digital Excel TAB reports/process.2015: Earned certifications as a Certified AABC Test & Balance Technician (TBT) and ACG Commissioning Authority (CxA).2017: Passed the AABC Test & Balance Engineer (TBE) exam and was promoted to Sacramento Project Manager at RSA.2018: A life-changing year—my wife and two daughters were in a head-on car accident, forever altering our lives.2022: RSA became part of Integra Testing Services, and I was promoted to President/General Manager of RSA (an Integra Company).2024: Leading the merger between RSA & PacTAB California, expanding our West Coast operations.2025: Stay tuned—big things ahead!
