   Global Polymers is a recycler of post industrial and post consumer plastic scrap, with knowledge and expertise to process the most hard to recycle items. We produce reprocessed polypropylene products that can be customized for your application. Assisted company transition from plastics resin distributor to recycler/manufacturer. Collaboratively worked to manage startup of grinding/washing/extrusion operation, including equipment acquisition, plant setup, hiring of strategic personnel, implementation of procedures and processes including P&L, contract negotiations, etc. Developed territory for sales of plastic resin to strategic injection molding and compounding customers in both commodity and engineered resins. Responsible to develop strategic sourcing relationships with brokers, processors and other suppliers of plastic regrind and scrap to use in formulation of products for ongoing customer requirements. Developed new techniques for the recycling of hard to recycle, contaminated plastics, including the use of strategic contractual partnerships to provide ongoing feedstock for our manufacturing operations.
