This includes 65 properties and 12,500 rooms per night. I also oversee the entire Contact Center Operations of 200 employees.I am in charge of all unsold inventory. I analyze profitability constantly and decide how to yield space to the most lucrative programs, including managing the hotel program, renting rooms through Orbitz/Travelocity and overseeing the designs for communications aimed toward non-members marketing to hotel guests. In regard to personnel, I also manage and mentor the Inventory Management team which includes the Lead Generation function for the national marketing team to sell timeshares. I built the Revenue Management team from the ground up, setting pricing for the general public based on supply/demand/events and renovations.In an operations capacity, I manage the Contact Center Operations dealing with rentals and deeded owners. I also analyze and review numbers for accuracy, updates, and trends in bookings. Finally, I perform acquisitions, due diligence, and communication with decisionmakers.Contracts Manager 2007 – 2008As the Contracts Manager, I was in charge of a team of 15 team members that reviewed every purchase and verified terms and pricing. I created a process guaranteeing equity in work distribution which aided the workplace culture and climate. On the analytical side of things, I inspected transactions and performed due diligence, created loan and purchase documents, and ensured pricing matched the established pricing structure. I also guaranteed the presence of existing financing and qualified the buyer- all in 10-minutes.
