Founded by former Microsoft technology leaders, 3Cloud combines a team of highly experienced cloud architects and technologists with a strong network of Microsoft sales and engineering relationships to deliver the ultimate Azure experience for clients. I\'m a member of the Business Systems & Compliance Team. In my current role, I perform tasks related to the onboarding/offboarding of employees and lead a weekly IT Orientation for new hires. I administer our Zendesk ticketing system, and also provide support for our internal team. I have regular interaction with many of the Microsoft 365 Admin Centers. I assist with gathering evidence for audit periods to maintain SOC II compliance. I also help manage app registrations and enterprise applications configuring single sign-on, user provisioning, and administration for multiple 3rd party applications including but not limited to: 1Password, Anaplan, Docker Hub, DocuSign, GitHub, Greenhouse, Knowbe4, Lattice, and LucidSuite.
