ABOUT ERIC GIRARD

Eric Girard, is a bilingual partner with MNP responsible for supporting the growth of Consulting, Digital (formerly Tech Solutions) and ERS. Prior to joining MNP, Eric was a Vice-President at RCGT where he was responsible for strategic client relationship management and the business development of the management consulting group. Eric brings a unique service offering to our clients, combining his deep consulting knowledge and experience of the finance function with his expertise in technology solutions. He has more than 26 years of experience assisting organizations from different industries and sectors, including retail, manufacturing, professional services, financial institutions, federal and provincial governments, healthcare and higher education sectors. Eric has established a solid reputation in the marketplace for developing a deep understanding of his client\'s needs and providing exceptional client service. His success is a result of his ability to develop and nurture strong long-term trusted advisor relationships, helping his clients achieve their strategic goals. One of Eric\'s key strengths is his ability to leverage the broad knowledge he has gained from working with senior executives and board members across various organizations and industries to assess and gain a thorough understanding of client operations, culture and environment. Eric also has significant board governance experience through his involvement as board member, treasurer and chair of various committees.Passionate about his work and the community, Eric was recognized for his professional achievements and his involvement in the community, receiving the Ottawa Business Journal Forty under Forty Award in 2008.
