About Eric Gilboe

I am a very detail-oriented individual that appreciates the opportunity to build projects from the ground up. I have made a career out of finding areas of opportunity within any work environment and developing a plan of attack to improve upon those areas. I enjoy the challenge of breaking new ground and moving out of my comfort zone to share new ideas and approaches to complex issues. I am also a self-starter that requires limited supervision to accomplish any task. If I don\'t have the expertise on a particular subject, I learn and adapt until I feel comfortable in the new environment. I am passionate about my work and appreciate that same value in my co-workers and teammates. I am a firm believer that each project is a group effort, and believe strongly in listening to new ideas from all team members to achieve the greatest amount of success on a project.
