About Eric Gerlach
With over 20 years of experience in College Athletics/education, I am passionate about teaching, coaching, training, and developing student athletes to achieve their full potential. I hold a master\'s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, with dual concentrations in High-Performance Coaching and Sports Psychology, as well as multiple certificates in sports industry essentials, leading for equity, diversity, inclusion, and the science of exercise.As a college Coach and Kinesiology Professor, I contribute to student athletes\' success, growth, and academic and personal development. I also serve as the recruiting coordinator and the athletic equipment specialist, managing the logistics and operations of the department. Additionally, I work as a logistics team member at the San Francisco 49ers, supporting the equipment room, locker room, and sideline on game day. I leverage my skills and knowledge in sports performance, wellness, fitness, injury prevention, rehabilitation, nutrition, coaching, personal development, and leadership development to empower and inspire the student athletes and the teams I work with.
