The Manager of Test Development (TD) Project Coordination plays a key role both internally and externally at Prometric. The Manager communicates and collaborates with multiple test development teams, clients, and members of the client success and business development teams to gather information about project parameters, timelines, and clients’ subject matter expert (SME) requirements. The Manager supervises a team of U.S. and internationally based TD Coordinators and is responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for internal TD positions. The Manager also recruits, screens, interviews, and manages SMEs in the U.S. and internationally across a wide variety of professions (e.g, medical, financial, educational, legal) and in doing so, serves as a brand ambassador for Prometric. Management of SMEs includes creating and administering contracts and work orders, maintaining databases, coordinating in-person and online meetings, facilitating training, and overseeing and processing invoices. The Manager of TD Project Coordination also purchases translation services, monitors translation quality, and processes vendor invoices. In all of these tasks, the Manager adheres to the highest industry standards regarding personal information and test security.
