About Eric Flanagan

My goal in education, work, and life is to ensure equality and inclusion for individuals with disabilities. I promote comprehensive inclusion by advocating for the full representation of individuals with disabilities in all facets of the community. I believe that education, employment, healthcare, and progressive public policy are the cornerstones of a truly empathetic and equitable society. My credentials comprise of a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology (MS), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) and Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE). In addition to the traditional roles of a vocational expert, I have experience creating and delivering engaging educational content on disability and return-to-work issues to Fortune 100 companies and the country\'s leading insurance providers. I actively engage in non-profit organization and leadership, currently serving on multiple boards including an educational foundation and a top ranked School of Education in the nation. In these roles I have had direct exposure to nationwide capital and comprehensive campaigns ranging from $2 million to $65 million.
