As the Associate Director of Culinary at The Culinary Edge, I work with a talented, and diverse team of brand strategists, business analysts, architects, and culinary professionals to design the future of food and beverage. I\'ve had the oppertunity to worked with clients from unit international restaurant chains, to $20+ Bil. food manufacturers, international airlines, and numerous private equity firms to both evolve brands and create them from scratch.I have over a decade and a half of experience in the F&B industry, working at acclaimed venues such as the Michelin Starred Rich Table in San Francisco and the #4 Best New Restaurant in America, Tosca Cafe. At both, I honed my skills in leadership, problem solving, menu development, and execution. I thrive on collaboration, and solving complex business challenges, through structured problem solving and data driven solutions. I strive to provide exceptional experiences to clients and consumers, always putting people first.My goal is to continue to grow and learn from creative, analytical thinkers, and to share my experience with others who are infatuated with memorable products and experiences.
