My goal as the Director of Player Development is to expand the capabilities of athletes and help them grow their personal skills and capacities as players. As such, I communicate with athletes to assist them with developing their goals and achieving their peak performance levels. I provide monitoring, mentoring, and feedback to team members to ensure progress. To achieve set objectives, I apply ways to help develop long-term goals and plans that maximize players\' skills, abilities, and character.
