As an Operations Manager at Swinerton, I help lead our INW/Boise division to grow and run excellent, efficient and successful project for our clients. With over seventeen years of experience in the construction industry, I have developed strong skills in creating positive culture, project estimations, proposal writing a management, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional services to our clients and partners.I am also proud to be leading our INW and Boise group, where I have worked on several projects for public and private health groups in the region.
