Eric is an assurance partner within PwC’s Private practice, based in Boston. Eric has well over two decades of experience providing accounting, auditing and business advisory services to private companies in various industries including but not limited to the professional services, software, renewable energy/utility, health services, engineering and construction, manufacturing and industrial, wholesale/distribution, consumer products and retail industries.Eric has specialized in large, complex and dynamic companies coordinating and collaborating across PwC member firms to serve his global clients. He has extensive experience working with fast-paced, highly transactional private equity portfolio companies and venture-backed companies seeking near, medium, and long-term exit transactions including potential public offerings.Eric has assisted clients with acquisitions and divestitures, organizational restructuring, business process improvements, financing transactions, financial reporting matters, and various other business matters. When not serving clients, Eric likes to spend time with his family including his wife of nearly two decades (and high school sweetheart) and three children.
