I have always had a passion for the hospitality and the operations industry. With over 15 years of extensive and diverse executive leadership expertise in Hotel, Condo, Retail, Office buildings. I have been very fortunate during my career to have had varied opportunities that have helped me grow both professionally and personally. I have also been fortunate to have had great mentors from whom I was able to learn and allowed the opportunity to grow. I have been successful in providing leadership and strategic direction to a varied portfolio of hotels. From Brickell City Centre a 5.4 million square feet of office (2 towers), residential (2 towers, 780 units), hotel (352 rooms), retail Square feet) and entertainment space, in addition to a two−level (2,600 parking spaces) underground parking garage that spans seven acres below the property, to luxury lifestyle hotels like the W South Beach and the Fontainebleau. Team building and developing of talent is also a passion of mine. Creating a unified team with a single vision and empowering associates to achieve their potential is one of the most rewarding aspects of my position.
