   Develop new partnerships and market opportunities around organization\'s health data products, such as decision support tools for health plan choice and quality ratings of doctors and hospitals. • Identify strategic opportunities for evaluation of provider performance through data sources including claims data (through Medicare VRDC innovator license), existing quality data, provider-network data, health plan documents.• Lead product roadmapping and implementation of new health data products and features. • Lead scaling of organization’s data acquisition, curation, analysis, and publication processes. • Strengthen organization’s innovation culture and practices through agile methods and human centered design.• Oversee collection of feedback from users to guide new directions in decision support tools. • Collaborate with thought-leading academics on studies regarding health plan selection. • Lead organizational contributions to federal interoperability efforts through engagement with FHIR (Fast Health Interoperability Resources) working groups and liaison with CMS/CCIIO. • Represent Checkbook’s public policy interests by serving as an NAIC Consumer Representative and maintaining presence and relationships in other policy fora.
