Highly motivated computational and molecular biologist. I have over six years of cellular, molecular, and computational research experience. I use tools (R, python, SQL) to make analysis pipelines for biological, biochemical, and molecular data, with an emphasis on user interface (R shiny dashboard) to enable scientists to use said tools in a streamlined way.My proficient scientific techniques include: R, python, and SQL coding, high- performance cloud computing (AWS EC2), dose response modeling and analysis, iPSC culturing and differentiation into multiple different cell types, CRISPR/Cas-9 gene editing and guide design, flow cytometry, RNA sequencing / proteomics / Affymetrix bioinformatics, high throughput drug screening in multiple different cell types (liquid handling), AAV transduction, lipofection, RT-qPCR, western blotting, and others.
