Currently challenged with ensuring our portfolio stays current with the organization\'s evolving needs and demands across clinical, revenue cycle, and ancillary lines. Accomplishments:* Deployed dozens of brand new departments and the Epic Open Scheduling platform for COVID vaccination and testing sites including advanced scheduling & ticket-based configurations when vaccine supplies were limited * Consolidated multiple Epic Service Areas covering ambulatory and inpatient at multiple facilities across the network into one for aligned clinical, access, and revenue cycle workflows * Facilitate IT integration between HMH & Quest Professional Lab Services for labs done in house and sent out across all HMH services, allowing HMH to realize cost savings from more efficient lab operations * Deployed Epic Beaker lab to top rated academic medical facility with advanced services such as molecular and bone marrow transparent programs * Enhanced end to end workflows for specialty areas such as treating multiple myeloma patients from the clinic to the procedural areas * Optimization projects to align HB and PB workflows across multiple facilities within Epic * Lead all Epic roll out project testing efforts for deployment of Epic suite to 7 new hospital facilities across the entire state
