With more than 25 years of professional experience I have developed a comprehensive career in sales, customer service and hospitality management. My diverse experience and in field expertise in sales, customer relations, operations, hiring and training have allowed me great career growth. However, I am transition from the outdoor sales industry and running my own company to now looking for a new position offering greater challenges and growth. Some highlights of my career accomplishments include: • Started and built from the ground up a business that had both a high volume rental operation as well as a retail store catering to both the technical minded outdoors person and tourist customer alike. • Monitor sales and distribution of brand companies to increase revenue and distribution. • Led large teams for special event operations while maintaining a smaller group of key individuals for standard business operations.
