I am a problem solver, passionate about finding solutions for any company with office space. The commercial real estate market has always been difficult for the average person to navigate. It is my job to reveal every opportunity that matches your criteria and work with you to ensure that every aspect of your relocation or renewal is taken care of. After I understand your objectives, I provide you with the options, work with you to tour selected properties, and with a careful review of market factors and understanding the end goal, I work with you to negotiate the best terms available. I have become pretty good at it too! I love working with new companies to help them discover that an office is so much more than a place to work. It’s another opportunity at a first impression for clients and future employees, a place to grab a beer with co-workers at the end of a long day, or a place to come on a weekend and crush your to-do list.
