A seasoned tax executive with over three decades in the media and internet sectors. My Deloitte and IAC journey is characterized by deep expertise in Corporate and Partnership Taxation, M&A, Dispositions, Corporate Debt Offerings, Spin-offs, and Stock Compensation. I’ve guided IAC, since its inception, through every M&A transaction, IPO, and debt offering. IAC progeny include companies such as Vimeo, Angi Inc, Match Group, Expedia, TripAdvisor, HSN, LendingTree, Interval Leisure Group, and Live Nation (formerly Ticketmaster); together, these market leaders have created equity value of nearly $100 billion (11 public companies). Adept at resolving Tax Controversies, I\'ve concluded two decades of federal tax audits and have a robust record in negotiating appeals settlements with the IRS. I also lead IAC\'s corporate foundation compliance activities.
