Je suis ambassadeur InnovaTeam chez Worldline : je suis convaincu que faire équipe, c’est mobiliser des individus, fédérés au sein d’un collectif, engagés dans l’atteinte d’enjeux opérationnels. Pour cela, j’incarne et je diffuse des valeurs de collaboration, d’empowerment, d’amélioration currently manager of a SysOps team of almost 10 people. Me and my team are daily focused on production activities and services delivered to our customers.My role is also to support my teammates in their daily activities, their personal development and their fulfillment within the company.My second leitmotif is to support the transformation and continuous improvement of organizations, processes and tools to achieve operational objectives, accelerate the modernization of IT infrastructures and the speed of time to market, with a constant focus on Security.Our common values are : Collaboration, Excellence, Innovation and Empowerment!Before that, I\'ve been during more than 10 years administror of Linux and Windows systems, I participated in the implementation of many architectures, from the installation of servers operating systems to the configuration of customer services.I had the opportunity to administer virtualization solutions (VMware, Xen, HyperV), to develop internal tools (Bash, Python, PowerShell, PHP.). I also actively participated in the deployment of tools and internal industrialization process.I am ITIL FOUNDATION V3 certified and therefore familiar with the management of production and processes according to this standard (Incidents, Changes, Problems), as well as the tools of Ticketing, CMDB, KEDB, and so on.I have acquired a wide experience in the management of operating systems running under GNU / Linux (LFS, Redhat, CentOS) and Windows Server (2003 to 2019) and common market technologies (Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, Haproxy, Zabbix, Ansible, Active Directory.).In addition to the technical aspects, I was also in charge of the transition of internal projects, the participation and animation of working groups, the supervision and training of junior employees and trainees.
