Eric has extensive experience in division and corporate operations, distribution and transmission construction, regulatory compliance, pipeline integrity management, emergency response, call center operations, and capital plan development and execution. He led numerous process and technology transformation projects including centralizing dispatch operations, establishing a construction quality analytics program, and replacing the legacy customer information system. Eric served as Senior Vice President/Operations for 10 years, consistently improving safety, operational, and financial results. Prior to Southwest Gas, Eric held various positions in marketing and operations with Public Service Company of New Mexico. Eric earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. He also completed the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University. Eric is a registered professional engineer in Arizona, California and Nevada.
