About Eric Daniels

Directs all maintenance operations of building systems and grounds at multiple locations. Schedules maintenance and monitors the operation of all utility systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Manage and mentor the managers of Janitorial, Grounds and Maintenance and services such as landscaping, lawn and snow removal, PM and Corrective Maintenance and the CMMS. Also supervise the security functions and Capital/Restoration construction projects. Has overall responsibility for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relationsEric previously served in Sodexo’s education / campus services division as facilities manager at a number of independent schools including Lick Wilmerding in San Francisco and the Oakwood School in Los Angeles. He has also worked in Sodexo’s healthcare / senior services practice. Eric has previously been recognized at Sodexo for zero deficiencies, unit safety, and as rookie general manager of the year. Before Sodexo, Eric served as chief engineer for the Wyndham Resort in Orlando, Florida, assistant chief engineer for the Holiday Inn Resort in Orlando/Cocoa Beach, Florida, and for 15 years in the U.S Army as a construction engineer with combat duties during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Eric earned a degree in Information System & Technology from Brevard Community College.
