Recruiting specialist for Milliken\'s Floor Covering Division as well as serving as the main point of contact and resource for Milliken\'s College and Internship Program and recruitment efforts- Work closely with hiring managers and functional HR Team to gain comprehensive understanding of hiring needs for each position to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations- Advise on full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to find, hire, and retain quality talent- Conduct search plan/alignment meetings with hiring managers to review qualifications for each position and develop a recruitment plan to fill each role- Conduct candidate interviews screens, assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation requirements and overall fit - Advise on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion talent sourcing options- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates - Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and termed employees, and other candidate relationshipsMilliken Internship Program - Assist in managing program, resources, and services that enhance student awareness, accessibility, and active involvement in internships and other relevant experiential learning opportunities- Identify student barriers to internship engagement - Engage in sustained, effective working relationships with universities and colleges (e.g. career services offices, academic program offices, and faculty) to promote Milliken and recruit qualified student interns- Strategize, organize, and deliver internship kick-off/orientation events
