As a Senior Director in Ocean Tomo\'s expert testimony practice I- Lead project teams consisting of multiple staff members in multimillion dollar revenue engagements, supporting clients and outside counsel in all phases of the litigation process from discovery to trial, with client at-risk dollars of up to several hundred million dollars- Manage engagements involving the assessment and quantification of damages in intellectual property litigation matters, including the evaluation of lost profits, price erosion, incremental profits, manufacturing and marketing capacity, fixed and variable costs, product line profitability, reasonable royalties, unjust enrichment and prejudgment interest- Build, draft, and direct the preparation of large-scale financial models based on valuation methodologies and the reconstruction of the competitive market- Perform economic and financial analysis to analyze demand, market share, pricing, and profitability- Review, analyze, and synthesize client records and research across multiple business functions, including accounting, financial, licensing, marketing, and technology areas- Write detailed expert reports explaining and supporting analyses; experience spans more than 100 engagements- Develop and deliver presentations to simplify and effectively communicate findings to executives, counsel, judges, and juries- Testify as a financial expert at deposition and trial.
