About Eric Cardoso
Earning an internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a high school student at (Excel High School) had a big impact on helping me focus on what career I wanted to be in. After graduating from Charlestown High School, I attended the Year Up program at Cambridge College. Year Up, Inc. is a one-year intensive training program that provides six months of technical and professional skills training followed by six months of paid corporate internship. My Information Technical Support program has included training on how to troubleshoot and effectively resolve hardware/software related issues on both the PC and Mac platforms. I have also had training on networking via TCP/IP in a mixed Microsoft environment. I earned my “Cisco IT essentials: PC hardware & software” certification after completing the IT Training of the program. The Year Up program also gave me formal training in professional skills such as conflict resolution, personal interaction in the workplace, effective oral and written communication, time management, and customer service. With me being ambitious & always wanting to work, I attended Harvard University, majoring in Information Technology. I decided to pursue my entrepreneurial endeavors within the Music Industry and decided to take my talents to the West Coast to start my Independent Consultancy / Music Label. I\'m seeking a challenging and rewarding position in a company that will utilize my eagerness to learn and work hard, and where I will have room for career advancement.
