Direct and manage satellite plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, materials, EHS, CI, HR and shipping/receiving. • Improved overall scrap to 1% of COGS through creation of Project Teams. • Provided Leadership and Six Sigma training for up and coming employees. • Helped to create a Diverse Leadership team, built from high performing employees. • Improved plant productivity by 6% through Lean and implementation of effective measurement system. • Improved overall safety performance (TRIR rate cut in half year over year). • Through the implementation of Lean Concepts, facility productivity consistently improved by 15% year over year.
