I’m a builder, not a maintainer. I bring proactive and resourceful leadership, along with proven success in setting, communicating, and executing strategy that is rooted in data insights and technology.I started my early career with some of the largest earthmoving companies in Texas & Southern California. My professional experiences, early on, have only been complemented further in my later years by working with startups, and smaller companies. Because of this background, I have developed the ability to implement both large-scale as well as agile, entrepreneurial systems & processes.I enjoy diving deep into complex problems and distilling theory into practical action steps. I have not siloed myself into one kind of role, but have pushed myself to continually learn and to contribute in various capacities with every company I’ve worked for.
