About Eric Brown

While I spent my time at the University of Washington studying Geology and performing in the Husky Marching Band / Husky Basketball band, I soon after found myself in the computer hardware industry.After working at Puget Systems for about 6 months as a production technician, getting hands-on experience with the high quality hardware we use, I began developing a new branch of the company that was critical in the growth of the company: Account Management. This new branch of Puget Systems has allowed us to cater more to our business customers and to learn more from them as well in hopes of creating the best experience possible for our customers.From there, I took my knowledge of how our customers are using our systems to grow out and manage our \"Recommended Systems\" program where we are now optimizing our hardware for specific use cases and software packages to ensure the best possible performance and experience for users of those applications.After spending significant time leading our \"Recommended Systems\" Program, our primary marketing strategy, I have been tasked with leading our entire marketing team including PR and our Labs team that produces our core marketing content. It is my responsibility to take Management\'s vision and turn that into strategy and tactics within the marketing department.
