About Eric Brown
For over two decades, I’ve led and scaled design organizations creating meaningful, human-centered experiences that drive business impact and shape how companies approach design at scale. I now lead digital design at Korn Ferry, where we’re transforming our digital products into a cohesive talent intelligence layer for enterprises. My work goes beyond pixels, though craft matters. It’s about aligning design with strategy, empowering teams, and delivering products that solve real problems.I’ve built and led high-performing teams at Collibra, Workday, Microsoft, and beyond, helping grow organizations from 20 to 200. Along the way, I’ve introduced design systems, content design, design ops, and research practices, and helped establish design as a true partner to product and engineering. I believe in leading from behind to create space for great work, and stepping forward when vision, clarity, and alignment are needed.My leadership is grounded in partnership, context, and action. I work closely with executives to shape vision and strategy, and with teams to turn that vision into reality.
