I founded Bojm, Funt & Gibbons LLP with my partners Malcolm Funt and David Gibbons. Our firm is focused on providing commercial litigation services to small and medium sized businesses as well as individuals with litigation disputes or business conflicts. We are associated with a number of senior counsel and high-end commercial litigation boutiques that are established in the Vancouver legal market. Our business model is two-fold: 1) We manage litigation disputes directly for businesses and individuals from the commencement of a claim through to trial. 2) We work with law firms on a file-to-file contract basis by working with counsel to handle litigation matters for clients. We work either independently by reporting directly to the client or alongside senior counsel where additional counsel is required for complex matters. The goal of this service is to assist law firms to meet client needs in circumstances of excess work volumes and complex litigation matters. We are committed to contributing to the community through advancing social justice, civil rights and environmental causes, and are open to doing so on an alternative billing basis.
