24 years of different working experiences within AXA enjoying 6 distinct roles at local, regional and global level. First 6 years were finance oriented in France and abroad (Controlling, CFO,…). Then I spent 7 years in positions more client and business development oriented (Director for Europe, CEO for France in the assistance business) before being more focused on the insurance strategy for 2 years. Now leading the learning strategy as a Business Unit to build a learning organization and to position L&D as an efficiency lever for business development. Before joining AXA, I spent 5 years within PwC, leader in the audit industry and 1 year in the French Embassy at Yaounde (Cameroon)
