   Manage the company\'s EVM process for communications infrastructure and DSP business. Activities include: • leading cross-functional teams defining EVM requirements; • developed RFQs and facilitating the vendor selection process; • working with legal, WPL and respective business managers to facilitate signing of SOWs; • driving external vendors to design, develop and ramp EVMs. Includes porting of board-specific DSP software and integration into EVM kits; • completing and maintaining adherence to compliance directives; • working very closely with the Operations team to manage prototype deliveries and PDC inventory; • spent one year in the factory as a customer advocate for Chinese clients to resolve open support issues.
